2004 Merlot, Hillside, Paso Robles |

Paso Robles 180 cases.
The 2004 Merlot Hillside is not your typical wimpy Merlot. This wine is about as big as Merlot gets. Being released for the first time, Cellar Club members are getting the first preview of this wine.
Displays dark berry, cherry and cassis up front, and opens up to a chewy mid-palate with hints of vanilla, spice and chocolate imparted through barrel aging. This is a big, extracted wine that will age beautifully in the bottle. This wine can hold up to any main entre of pork, lamb or steak.
