Maloy O'Neill Vineyards wine tasting room and patio offer exceptional venues for the ideal Wedding, Party, Dinner, Tasting, or Corporate Event. In general, the facility is available after 5:30 p.m. in the winter and 6:00 p.m. during the summer. For our Event Clients, we provide up to 3 to 5 hours of use including set up of tables and chairs  and wine service staff (in tasting room only). While wine, food, and food service is not included in the price, our staff will help you to make a great wine selection for your event from our wine portfolio as well as provide you as list of approved caterers.

Please note that Maloy O’Neill wine will be the exclusive alcoholic beverage at your gathering. (However, we will allow other sparkling beverages and beer to be served under certain circumstances). Our Event Clients are eligible to buy our wines at a 10% discount for use at the Event.. We also can provide wine based upon Wine Packages (In addition to site fee) for $7 to $50 per person depending upon quantity and quality required and these amounts must be paid in advance of the event.

Our event clients may hire any of our approved music providers. Amplified music, in moderation, is permitted but may be subject to curtailment if complaints are received. A dance floor and risers can be arranged through Maloy O'Neill at an additional charge.

We offer our facilities for a flat rate of $1500 to $4000, inclusive of tax, as outlined below.

Dinners and Private Receptions
For more formal sit down dinners and smaller receptions we suggest use of our Tasting Room. Here, capacity is limited to 50 people seated for dining, 65 classroom style, and 80 for receptions. For these events we charge $1,500 (if there are 25 people or more) or $1,000 (if there are less than 25 people). This includes use of the facility for 4 hours, plus 1 hour for set-up, and 1 hour for tear - down. Extra time will be billed at the rate of $250 per hour.

Informal Wine Receptions
For informal wine receptions we charge $20 per person. Maximum use is 3 hours. Extra time will be billed at the rate of $10 per person per hour based upon total attendance.

Please note that Maloy O'Neill Vineyards is not responsible for injuries, damages, air losses that might occur during an event. It is required that clients provide a certificate of additional insured naming Maloy O’Neill Winery as an additional insured under the Event Client’s liability policy which must provide coverage up to $1,000,000 and that the Event Client provide a $1000 security deposit. The security deposit shall be returned no later than 10 days after the event, to the extent required and appropriate.

A $1000 deposit of the site fee books your event. A good faith estimate of the number of attendees is due 30 days before the event and additional deposit of 50% of the site fee is then required. All payments for wine, either in bottles or in packages are due 14 days before the event. In addition, the balance for the total site fee is due 14 days before the event. Should the event last longer than the allotted time, payment shall be made by virtue of a pre-approved authorized credit card on the night of the event. Cancellations not made four weeks prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the deposit then on account, or $500 which ever is higher.

The use of the facilities is governed by the rules and regulations set forth in the event contract. In order to reserve the facility, it will be necessary for you to request a contract and return it, signed, with the required deposit. Should you wish a blank contract to review the terms and provisions thereof, please let us know. (Please note that individuals under 21 may not be in the tasting room at any time, before, during, and after events and thus if you choose to use only the Tasting Room, those individuals may not attend.)
