Lawson Charles Rudge is a leading well renown artist in Europe. His works extend beyond watercolors, pastels, and ceramics. Lawson comes from an artistic family that has been a leader in the art industry, taking on new forms from simply the most magnificent imagination. Interest in art goes beyond the typical view. Inspiration comes from the observation in everyday life, everyday living, every creature and individual. Everyone and every living thing are unique and it is with passion that this is captured. Lawson was raised in a small English Country Village in the heart of Devonshire. Working with his family from early childhood, Lawson developed his creative ability in ceramics, drawing, painting, and graphic design. He attended Ashton Polytechnic at Bristol and received a First Class B A Honors degree, and Foundation Art course at Exeter College of Fine Art in England. Education is a priority to the Rudges, as Lawson's father is an accomplished sculptor, art lecturer and a 25 year professor at the Exeter College of Fine Art in England. Lawson's artistic talents were nurtured by his father. Lawson found growing popularity and is now keenly collected by art lovers throughout the UK and Europe. Lawson, with a variety of his works, has had exhibitions, including, but not limited to, Bristol Royal Art Academy in England as well as solo exhibitions at the Rockmoor Gallery in England.
